No transponder readings in Sqorz

When looking at the data monitor on the right hand side there are no transponder readings. Check the following:

  • If the issue is impacting one or two riders check the transponder
  • If the issue is impacting several riders check the loop
  • If the issue is impacting all riders check the following
    • Decoder[s] is/are physically connected and switched on
    • Decoder is linked in settings
    • The IP address of the decoder is the the same subnet as the IP address of the computer, see IP address Fundamentals
