Scrambled - Annex 1

Riders are scrambled between heats during the motos. Transfers are made according to Annex 1 in the UCI BMX Rulebook VI.

Scrambled - Annex 1 - Pick Gates

Riders are scrambled between heats during the motos. Transfers are made according to Annex 1 in the UCI Rulebook. In M1, riders are offered lane choice based on their seed. In M2/M3, riders are offered lane choice based on their lap time from the previous phase.

Scrambled - Full Gates

Riders are scrambled between heats during the motos. Transfers are made with a focus on ensuring full gates for the qualifiers e.g. a category with 18 riders will have 2 x semi-finals with 8 riders in each. A category with 33 riders will have 4 x quarter-finals with 8 riders in each.

Random Seeding

Riders are seeded randomly into different groups. The group composition does not change i.e. riders race the same riders in each moto. Gates are assigned as per Annex 2 in the UCI BMX Rulebook VI

Ranked Seeding

Riders are seeded based on UCI ranking into different groups. The group composition does not change i.e. riders race the same riders in each moto. Gates are assigned as per Annex 2 in the UCI BMX Rulebook VI
